Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and they’re reserved just for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, but I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee of the anticipated service(s).
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
• This policy helps protect my time and allows me to accommodate other clients who are waiting for an appointment.
